Disconnected tools create repeated work and unclear ownership of information. Techkira develops integrations that allow authorised systems to exchange data and coordinate workflows through documented interfaces. The work can include API design, third-party service connections, payment-event processing, data synchronisation and integration with existing business platforms. We first establish which system owns each record, what may be shared, and how access is authorised. Integration design also needs to answer the difficult questions: what happens when a provider is unavailable, a request is repeated, an event arrives late or two systems disagree? Validation, retry behaviour, duplicate handling and useful logs form part of the agreed design. Connections to external platforms depend on the availability of supported interfaces, required credentials and the approvals of the relevant providers. The goal is a clear, supportable relationship between systems, not an undocumented chain of fragile workarounds.
